Yes! Our meeting rooms are available to both members and non-members. Non-members pay a slightly higher hourly rate but get access to the same professional facilities and equipment. Simply book online and pay with any major credit card.

For hourly bookings, you can cancel up to 2 hours before your scheduled time for a full refund. For package holders, cancelled hours are returned to your package balance. Monthly unlimited plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice. No-shows are charged the full booking amount.

Yes! Our on-site tech team is available to help with setup before your meeting. We provide a quick orientation when you check in, and you can reach our support team via the phone in the room or by texting our support line during your meeting for immediate assistance.

If the room is available immediately after your booking, you can extend your time through our app or by contacting reception. Extensions are charged at the standard hourly rate. We recommend booking a buffer period if you anticipate your meeting might run over.
